Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Gregg Prescott, M.S. Life Coach:

  1. Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. You can do this by emailing me at greggprescott@greggprescott.com or by calling me at (insert phone number here). If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you will be charged for the session.
  2. Cancellation by Life Coach: In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, I will give you as much notice as possible and we will work together to reschedule the session at a convenient time for both of us. If we cannot find a suitable time, you will receive a full refund for the session.
  3. No-shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled session and do not give any notice, you will be charged for the session.
  4. Emergencies: If you have an emergency and need to cancel a session at the last minute, please let me know as soon as possible. We can reschedule the session at a convenient time for both of us.
